1.1 The body of the single-arm hydraulic machine is a C-type single-arm structure, which is composed of the main cylinder, hydraulic power system and electrical system. The fuselage uses a finite element design structure and is welded with high-quality steel plates. After welding, high-frequency vibration treatment is used to eliminate welding stress and high rigidity to ensure that the fuselage does not deform.
1.2 The tonnage of the pressing cylinder of the hydraulic machine is realized by a piston cylinder. The cylinder body is made of high-quality forged steel. The surface of the piston rod is subjected to intermediate frequency quenching treatment. The main seal of the oil cylinder uses high-quality seals to ensure reliable sealing.

2.1 The hydraulic system device is located in the fuselage, which can reduce the occupied space and the hydraulic machine is easy to operate and use. External hydraulic system can also be installed according to user requirements.
2.2 The hydraulic system adopts a cartridge integrated system, which is sensitive in movement, reliable in work and good in sealing performance.
2.3 The pump station of the hydraulic machine is composed of a fuel tank, a high-pressure pump, a motor, a cartridge valve, etc. The fuel tank is welded from a steel plate and pickled. The oil tank adopts a closed oil tank, the oil suction area and the oil return area are separated, and the oil tank is provided with a cleaning window and a drain plug, which makes cleaning and oil changing convenient. The suction port of the oil pump is equipped with a straight-through oil suction filter to ensure the cleanliness of the oil and the service life of the oil pump and valve.
2.4 The hydraulic system is reliable and sealed without seepage or leakage. The main pipeline of the hydraulic press adopts flange connection and anti-seismic pipe clamp.

3.1. Independent electrical cabinet with built-in electrical control systems such as air switches and relays.
