The piston type four - column hydraulic press drives the piston to reciprocate in the cylinder through the rotating shaft, and then realizes the suction and pressure to achieve the intention of lifting the air pressure. Take a Class I piston as an example. When the piston moves downward, the volume in the cylinder increases accordingly, and the air pressure drops to a vacuum. Atmospheric pressure lifts the suction valve, and the outside air is sucked into the cylinder: when the piston moves upward, the volume in the cylinder decreases, the shoe force rises, the suction valve is closed, the exhaust valve is opened, and the pressure valve is tightened. Air is output to the 2-stage piston. This group completed a working cycle of the first-stage piston, which is composed of four processes: suction, contraction, exhaust, and expansion. After the condensed air is cooled by the central cooler, the secondary constriction is performed by the 2-stage piston, so that the pressure of the four-column hydraulic machine is further improved to meet the demand.
