I. Overview of machine performance and structure
1.1 The machine adopts a gantry full steel structure. After vibration aging treatment, the amount of mechanical deformation is small. The gantry hydraulic press table can move up and down, which greatly expands the opening and closing height of the machine and is more convenient to use. It consists of main cylinder, hydraulic power system and electrical system. The workbench is welded with high-quality steel to ensure reliability and durability.
1.2 The tonnage of the pressing cylinder is realized by a piston cylinder. The cylinder body is made of high-quality forged steel. The surface of the piston rod is subjected to intermediate frequency hardening, which has high hardness and long service life. The main seal of the oil cylinder uses high-quality seals to ensure reliable sealing.
Second, the hydraulic system
2.1 The hydraulic system is installed on the right side of the fuselage.
2.2 The hydraulic system adopts a cartridge integrated system, which is sensitive in movement, reliable in work and good in sealing performance.
2.3 The hydraulic pump station is composed of oil tank, high pressure pump, electric motor, cartridge valve, etc. The oil tank is welded by steel plate and pickled. The oil tank adopts a closed oil tank, the oil suction area and the oil return area are separated, and the oil tank is provided with a cleaning window and a drain plug, which makes cleaning and oil changing convenient. The suction port of the oil pump is equipped with a straight-through oil suction filter to ensure the cleanliness of the oil and the service life of the oil pump and valve.
2.4 The hydraulic system is reliable and sealed without seepage or leakage. The main pipeline adopts flange connection and seismic pipe clamp.
Third, the electrical control system
3.1. Independent electrical cabinet with built-in electrical control systems such as air switches and relays.
3.2. Various alarm signals of the hydraulic press, limit switch and press action realize program interlock.
3.3. A centralized control panel is provided. The necessary operation buttons and selection switches are arranged on the panel.
Fourth, the operation mode of the press
4.1 The press is equipped with jog and semi-automatic operation modes.
4.2 The stroke is adjusted by the stroke control device.
4.3. In addition to the complete operation of the press, the buttons on the operation platform should also have buttons such as "hand pressing", "return," "stop", and "emergency stop".
Five, security protection
5.1. Set the emergency stop button. Press the emergency stop button and the press will stop immediately.
5.2 The stroke is provided with limit switches at the upper and lower limit positions.
5.3. Set a hydraulic support safety valve circuit in the lower cavity of the piston-type oil cylinder to ensure safety. At the same time, a hydraulic interlock circuit is set to ensure that when the support safety valve is not opened, the upper cavity of the master cylinder cannot output pressure.
